Platform terms

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-25

These Terms govern use of SupplyUp. The supplier commission and payment boundary below form part of the current commercial baseline; remaining legal terms require counsel approval before launch.

Supplier fees

  • Registration and selected core features may be provided without an upfront fee. For each order originating through SupplyUp, the supplier agrees to a service commission equal to 2.5% of the final confirmed order value.
  • The calculation base, deadline, currency, taxes, adjustments, refunds, and dispute process must be disclosed to and accepted by the supplier before the relevant order is confirmed. Buyers are not charged this SupplyUp supplier commission.

Payment boundary

  • Unless SupplyUp expressly provides an integrated payment service for a transaction, buyers and suppliers arrange payment directly and remain responsible for payment, fulfillment, shipping, customs, inspection, and commercial compliance.
  • SupplyUp may require suppliers to report and provide evidence of orders and payments originating through the platform for commission calculation and marketplace integrity.

Trust signals are not guarantees

  • Verification badges, product evidence, response-time metrics, and public profiles are trust signals based on information reviewed or activity measured at a stated time.
  • They are not guarantees of quality, legality, performance, availability, payment, or transaction outcome.

Off-platform attribution

  • Orders between a buyer and supplier first introduced through SupplyUp may remain subject to the supplier commission when concluded outside the platform during the attribution period stated in the applicable fee policy, subject to disclosed exceptions and evidence rules.
