How do suppliers pay for a SupplyUp package?
A supplier submits a package request from the billing dashboard, pays by the approved bank-transfer instructions, and uploads the payment receipt for administrator review.
When does a supplier package become active?
The package becomes active only after a SupplyUp administrator verifies the submitted receipt and approves the request. Until then, the supplier keeps the limits of the current package.
How do AI credits and usage limits work?
Each paid package includes a defined AI-credit allowance. SupplyUp records usage history and enforces product, team, bulk-transfer, analytics, and AI limits in both the dashboard and the backend APIs.
Can a supplier upgrade, cancel, or request a refund?
Yes. Suppliers can submit upgrade, cancellation, and refund requests from their billing dashboard. Administrators review each request and any required payment or refund receipt before changing the subscription.
Package membership is separate from evidence-based supplier verification. Payments do not purchase verification status or guarantee leads.
