RFQ
How to write a clear RFQ
A practical checklist for quantity, specifications, target price, destination, and quote deadlines.
A strong RFQ gives suppliers enough detail to quote accurately.
Start with the product name, specifications, expected quantity, unit, destination country, and any packaging or certification needs.
Add a realistic quote deadline and mention whether samples, inspections, or specific payment terms are required.
